Where is my tracking number?
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships (usually within 1-3 business days).
Tracking not updating? If your link says "Label Created" or "Not Found," please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system. This is normal!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for standard items in our "Voxly Collection". Returns are accepted for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Items significantly not as described
Note for 3D Prints: Custom 3D printed orders and Digital Files (STLs) are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the product type:
- USA Standard: 3-8 Business Days
- Global / International: 8-15 Business Days
- Custom 3D Prints: 10-15 Business Days (Includes Production Time)
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you received a defective item or the wrong size due to our error, we will send a replacement free of charge.
For "Change of Mind": If you simply want a different color or size, you will need to return the original item (customer pays return shipping) and place a new order.
How do I start a return?
Step 1: Email us at support@voxly3d.com
Step 2: Include your Order # and a photo of the issue (required for damaged items)
Step 3: We will review within 24 hours.
Step 4: We will send you the correct return address (USA or India, depending on the product).
Who pays for return shipping?
Defective/Wrong Item: We pay! We will send you a prepaid label or refund the shipping cost.
Customer Preference: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, our automated system may have already processed and shipped the item.
For Custom 3D Prints, cancellations are not accepted once the printing process has started.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Don't worry! Please take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. Email these to support@voxly3d.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
