At Voxly3D (www.voxly3d.com), we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we operate a unique hybrid model combining Global Fulfillment and Custom 3D Manufacturing, our policy varies depending on your region and the item type.
🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: UNBOXING VIDEO
For ALL claims regarding damage, defects, or missing items (both India & International), you MUST provide a clear, uncut Unboxing Video showing the package label and the opening of the seal. Without this video, your claim will be automatically rejected.
SECTION 1: INDIA ORDERS (DOMESTIC POLICY)
Strictly applicable to orders shipped within India.
1. Cancellation Policy
Strict No-Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately by our automated system. Therefore, cancellations are NOT allowed once the order is placed.
No Modifications: We cannot change addresses, phone numbers, or product variants after confirmation.
2. Return & Reporting Window
48-Hour Reporting: You must report any damage, defect, or missing item within 48 HOURS of delivery. Reports made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Electronic Products are strictly non-returnable.
- Used or opened products.
- Items marked as "Assorted Color" cannot be returned for color preference reasons.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved for a defective item, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our designated Indian warehouse. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
SECTION 2: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (USA & GLOBAL)
Applicable to orders shipped outside of India.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders: Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered the fulfillment process.
Custom 3D Orders (Voxly Lab): Cancellations are not accepted once the 3D printing process has begun.
3. Product-Specific Rules
- "Voxly Collection" (Clothing, Tech): Items must be in original packaging and unused.
- Custom 3D Printed Items: Final Sale. If a print arrives broken, we will provide a free replacement upon receiving the mandatory Unboxing Video and photo evidence.
- Digital Products (STL Files): Final Sale and non-refundable once accessed.
SECTION 3: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
To report a damaged or wrong item, follow these steps:
- Record your Unboxing Video.
- Email support@voxly3d.com immediately.
- Subject Line: "Order #12345 - Damaged/Wrong Item".
- Attach the video and clear photos of the defect and shipping label.
SECTION 4: SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us. Note that for India orders, transit disputes may take up to 45 days to resolve as per courier regulations.
