TERMS OF SERVICE – VOXLY3D

SECTION 1 - GENERAL OVERVIEW This website (www.voxly3d.com) is operated by Voxly3D. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Voxly3D. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 2 - HYBRID BUSINESS MODEL & FULFILLMENT You acknowledge that Voxly3D operates under a Hybrid Business Model:

  1. The "Voxly Collection" (Dropshipping): Products are sourced, manufactured, and shipped by trusted third-party Global Fulfillment Partners (including DeoDap/Wukusy for India). While your contract of sale is with Voxly3D, logistics are handled by these partners.

  2. "Voxly Lab" (Custom 3D): Custom 3D printed items and digital services are manufactured directly by Voxly3D or our dedicated manufacturing partners in India.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM 3D PRINTING & DIGITAL SERVICES

  • A. Custom 3D Prints: We strictly prohibit the printing of weapons or illegal items. You warrant that you own the rights to any files you upload. 3D printing may result in minor surface imperfections (layer lines) which are not considered defects. ALL CUSTOM 3D PRINTING SALES ARE FINAL.

  • B. Digital Products: STL files are granted for Personal Use Only. You may NOT resell or redistribute the digital files. All Digital Product sales are final.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND COLORS (IMPORTANT)

  • Currency: Prices may be displayed in USD ($) for international convenience; however, all orders are processed in INR (₹) at the current exchange rate during checkout.

  • Assorted Colors (India Orders Only): For domestic lifestyle products and gadgets, items are often sourced in mixed batches. Specific color preferences cannot be guaranteed. Orders will be fulfilled based on available stock. By purchasing, you agree to accept the available color variation.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 5 - ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

  • INDIA ORDERS (Strict Policy): Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately by our automated system. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED once the order is placed. We cannot modify addresses or phone numbers after confirmation.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered the fulfillment process.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, LOSS, AND CLAIMS

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the goods to the shipping carrier (BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, etc.).

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any refund for damage or missing items, you MUST provide a clear, uncut Unboxing Video showing the shipping label and the opening of the sealed package. Without this video, Voxly3D reserves the right to deny any claim.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxly3D shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages of any kind. You acknowledge that 3D printed parts are often decorative or functional prototypes, and you use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

For international shipments, packages may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT once they reach the destination country. Voxly3d does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for these charges.

International customers are solely responsible for paying any local customs, duties, or taxes charged by their respective governments upon delivery. If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the customer refused to pay the required import fees, Voxly3d cannot issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.
