SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – VOXLY3D

At Voxly3D (www.voxly3d.com), we operate a distributed logistics network. We partner with specialized fulfillment centers worldwide to provide a mix of digital assets, custom 3D prints, and physical goods.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships.

Ready-to-Ship Items (India): Processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Mondays.

Ready-to-Ship Items (USA/Global): Processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom 3D Prints (Voxly Lab): Please allow 3–7 business days for manufacturing, post-processing, and quality checks.

Digital Files (STL): Delivered instantly via email.
SECTION 2 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
To ensure the fastest delivery, we automatically route your order to the nearest available facility with stock.
Standard Shipping (Regional Priority)

Delivery Time: 3 – 8 business days.

Availability: Applies when stock is available in our local distribution center near your shipping address (e.g., USA Regional Warehouse).
Global Direct Shipping (Inventory Backup)

Delivery Time: 10 – 20 business days.

Availability: In the event that our local regional warehouse is out of stock, we will automatically expedite your order from our Global Manufacturing Hub. This ensures your order is fulfilled without cancellation.

Note: You will be notified via email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our Global Hub.
🇮🇳 India Orders (Domestic Fulfillment)

Standard Delivery: 7 – 10 business days.

Remote Locations: Up to 15 business days.
SECTION 3 - TRACKING & CARRIERS
Once your order ships, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system. We use premium carriers including DHL, USPS, BlueDart, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.
SECTION 4 - FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (IMPORTANT)
If a package is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) because the customer:

Provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Refused to accept the package upon delivery.

Was not available after multiple delivery attempts.
...Shipping costs (both forward and reverse) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
SECTION 5 - LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we strive for speed, transit delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Delayed: If tracking has not updated for 15 business days, please contact support@voxly3d.com.

Resolution Timeline (India): In rare cases of transit disputes, courier regulations allow up to 45 days for resolution.

Lost: If a package is confirmed "Lost in Transit" by the carrier (and not marked "Delivered"), we will issue a full refund or free replacement.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international shipments, packages may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT once they reach the destination country. Voxly3d does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for these charges.
International customers are solely responsible for paying any local customs, duties, or taxes charged by their respective governments upon delivery. If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the customer refused to pay the required import fees, Voxly3d cannot issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.
SECTION 7 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Delivery: Instant download via email immediately after purchase.

No Physical Shipping: Digital products (STL files) do not have a physical component.
